First fish of day was a 1lb 14oz.er in 18 ft. of water. She was down there with 20-30 of her 9 inch minnow stealing friends. Caught small fish all day in 12ft. or deeper water. Maybe the bigger fish were in shallow water! I can be hard headed when choosing where to fish.
