Living in OK, I have to say Lake Eufala would be in the top ten. 105,000 acres with plenty of good-sized crappie for everyone.

Kentucky/Barkley would have to rank in the top 5 or so crappie lakes.

Default I have not fished near.....

as many as most all of you on this board. THat said, i would like to be more general in with my answer.

    1. Reelfoot Lake has to be in the top 5 for numbers and quality.
    2. KY and Barkley rank near the top as well
3 Lakes connected to or on the St. Johns River in FLorida are pretty good.

Those are in my order and not necessarily in order of best to worst or vice versa. Coming from somebody in Northern Kentucky where Crappie fishing is something that most give you a wierd look if that is what you tell them you are going to do, for me any lake that has good numbers of harvestable fish with the possibility of catching a trophy has my vote. I hope to get to some of those lakes on more than one occasion in due time.
