    anyone know if any of the marinas are open and serving lunch on the lake?

    I'm sure all 3 GRL marinas are open, although the Green River Marina & Resort does not advertise having a restaurant.

    Emerald Isle Marina serves breakfast & lunch, daily. It would just depend on which end of the lake you were on.
