    Thumbs up Thanks to Slab & Wally Marshall


    A big thank you to Slab for arranging a time for Wally Marshall to spend some of his valuable time to answer some questions from CDC members. It was a great time, and I'll always look forwards to Wally sharing his wisdom with us as often as he can.

    As an added bonus Wally agreed to give out a few prizes and I believe Slab drew names from a hat from the participants and I was lucky enough to be one of those members drawn. I received a Lews Wally Marshall Signature Lite 8' jigging rod in a light moderate action. The rod comes with 11 eyes and a tip in a rich, dark burgundy color. I have already matched it up with a Quantum UL reel and I'm ready to hit the water and try it out next week. The rod has a sensitive tip AND seems to have plenty of backbone so it should make a great SLAB buster.

    Many thanks to Slab for setting everything up and a special thank you to Wally Marshall for his generous contributions.

    Glad you received it. I think some of the goodies got delayed because of a back log with a few of Wally's products.
