i have ben told that the lake where i caught these dose have crappie but never caught one there in three years of bluegill and red ear fishing. one things for shure its deep enough for crappie and maybe a humpback whale or two:D
hey SI, those are nice red ear. I have never fished in Pyramid before. Can you take a small boat in there or do you have to fish from the bank? I have a very nice two man that would work great on small lakes. If so, do you have to carry it or is there a ramp?

id say you can launch a boat in 70 % of all the lakes there. And probably the other 30 % you can carry a small john boat in to. As far as the two man bass boats go, its probably the best boat for there.
