They say the pollen is horrid this year. I have been outside doing yard work, not mowing, for the last couple hours, and I can barely breath now.

Best cure for this, is to consume as much locally (must be made near you to be real effective against your local attackers) made honey as you can. Honey is derived from pollen, and contains basically the anti-venom to pollen's attacks to our defense systems. I have horrible allergies besides my reactions to pollens, so I have to take pills every day anyway. Glad it isn't shots any more! I still try to eat as much local honey as often as I can stand it though. Hope this tidbit helps ya!

I second the honey thing. Best thing I ever did. I buy about 5 pounds at a time and put a tea spoon or two in my coffee in the morning. Haven't take a. Allergy pill in 2 months !!!
