Frabil is quiet, but can sometimes get noisy unless you take the pump apart and grease the little rotating shaft that works the diaphrams. I redo mine every few months when it get to loud.

mount a pro air in a rod locker and run tube out hook to cranking battery with a switch and you will never know it is there plus you are not buying batteries all the time. I have had a pro air like this for 7 years and knock on wood it still working great. I mounted mine in back with batteries and run tube to back and front in boat channel and stubed out a connection no bunch of hoses in floor of boat to trip on.
