Who drills holes here......:-(

DDr I bought a new to me Nitro NX 750. THE PREVIOUS OWNER evidently had a brain fart and drilled holes in the front and back deck lip for some reason. Does anyone have any idea what went here?

????????? it could have been a bracket for a black light. Looks like a good area for a couple of decals now. Marine tex will work wonders for the ugliness

They were plastic rod holder mounts.

Thats just lovely. Makes me want to spit. I was hoping to find some kind of nice stainless steel base to put there. Who on earth he did that is beyond me. He deserved to have it repossesed.

bummer indeed if you were miss lead. but, shoot man, what good is a boat that you can not put rod holders on? thats like trying to hunt thicket bunnies with a fancy gun, "that cant get scratched". just toss the rod holders back on it and use them. IMO if not, a glass shop can make them dissapear for 100buck.

I guess we all do crazy thing is someone elses opinion,,, who ever did that probably really liked what they did,,, it yours now, fix it and enjoy your new ride,, them nitros are pretty sharp rigs.

I definantly will enjoy my new ride. I just cant understand why drill there instead of through the carpet where u can hide them...

When I buy a boat, I'm not too worried about what someone else might think about it. I buy it to use it however I see fit.

Maybe you should've looked at it before you bought it...
