    Default Lake Wappapello

I haven't seen any reports in a while from Wappapello-
    Anybody been?
I am going at the end of the month-I'll report then.
With the warm temps they should be hitting pretty good.

River at Old Greenville was up big and muddy. Lots of trash and trees floating down the lake. Might be a few days for the water to clear back up. Water temp in the river above the bridge today was 57 degrees.

yeah I heard the water has went up the last couple days....I went to reelfoot two weekends ago and enid this past weekend. Will be back fishing wappapello this weekend and will post how it goes. Man it sucks having to let 11-3/4" crappie go in mississippi. Its just like wappapello where you catch a 10 of 8-1/2" crappie to every one that is a keeper....except the 8-1/2" are a lot easier to part ways with!!!

I fished Lost Creek Monday. Caught 7 keepers all over 12 inches only threw back 4 small ones that may have been 9" but I do not keep those. Biggest one was 16. Fish caught in 3 foot of water. The wind was unbearable later in the day. Tuesday we didn't fish because of the high winds predicted. Orange/Chartreuse and Red/Chartreuse 1 foot down with cork.
