    Default It was a grand morning to fish


    Got the little one off to school and headed to the lake. Put in around 9:00 am and left the ramp at 12:00 pm with two limits of good fish. Big went 1.8 all were in the 11 to 12 inch range. Most all came out of 10 to 12 fow riggin with the bank. Tried shallow but only hit a few, we had 52 degree water. Everything came off jigs, black/char and orange/char was our favorite today. Best 7 fish went 7.8 , not a tourny winner but not bad for us.

    That weight get you close a lot of times. Was a perfect day to be out fishing instead pulling a 12 hour day like I was.
