Fished the LP docks for about three hours and had a pretty good day. Ended up with 13 from 9.5-12 and one just over 13". Considering I have went biteless for three straight trips I was pretty dang happy! Did not catch too many shorts compared to a lot of days, maybe 10. They were not on all of the structure just some of it. You would hit 10 docks and nothing then the next yu might catch three in three drops. 1/2 were female and all the fish were FULL of shad.
Red/Chart slab busters were the ticket.
