    Default copeing with low water

The river/resivour I fish is about 3 feet low from last season and with all the sun shine we have had has colored the water green but the temps are the same due to cold nights. I have a game plan but curious if anyone has any tips.....:D I live & die by the jig!

Hey there Garyoutlaw, Went thru the same thing here on our lake. Low water all spring until the spawn and then almost overnite it's 11 feet above normal and then drops a foot a day all thru the spawn.

Made for some difficult shallow fishing but it's picking up in the post spawn as the crappie are being caught in 8 to 12 ft. water as they are moving out towards deeper water.

Never really hit on a good low water pattern so keep us informed how you do.

    Good Luck!
