Default Hotspots on South Toledo Bend?

    Hi to all
We have a camp on Toledo Bend (Fairmont)(my view is N looking out at Six mile Bay) and trying to become familiar with the lake. Are there any hotspots around my area I should know about? We have been fishing the McGee bay area and really no luck (36-38' deep w/ minnows). I know some of you on this forum has fished Chicken Coop, but that is N of Pendalton Bridge. I really wanted to fish around my area until I get to know the lake. Also Where can I get rosy red minnows?

Yeah the area I have fished is the mouth of Little Low Creek. Any tips for the spawn. How far into Little Low are the fish (in spring)?

I caugth them in 4 to 7 feet of water around banks and dock in the cove we hangout at...we also did good around the island in Sandy Creek..where the water gets around 10 feet deep and trolling . we like trolling in 10 feet of water using jiggs...... I hope to get in the deep water after the holidays ,,20 -25 feet in some planted brush tops .. I have heard the regulars are pulling in good # of yellow bass in 30 to 40 feet of water . with keeper black bass mixed in ..
