Kent lake

Hello everyone!
I just got a 14' foot boat and i want to take it to kent Lake could any one give me a good ideal where i can catch some crappie My first time going their
just want to take my boy and have some good old fun Thanks

The times I've gone to Kent Lake, it was all done from the shore. The places I've had good crappie fishing is near the west boat launch...there are a lot of piers over there and I've seen a lot of boats slow trolling throughout that area. The other place I've fished was near the canoe rental area...where a lot of people leave their boats during boating season. I know you wanted more detail, but from a shore fisherman that's the best I can provide...sorry.
