Everywhere I looked I seen a CDC member, and glad for that. Had a minor gas line problem this morning and if not for the help from some fellow CDC members we would have been headed back to the house. Thanks again, alot of folks would not have even looked our way. We try to help anybody any time we can just for that time that we may need a helping hand like today, and that means even giving them a dry shirt in case they took a swim but did not really mean to. Not good remembering names so I will leave it with thanks guys, you know who you are. Now to the fishing. Brother and I took mom out for a few hours this morning to try some riggin but it was tough on us with the wind. Did manage to bring 16 eaters home to eat this evening. Fished 6 to 9 fow catching a couple on a minnow but the rest on jigs. Only had a few dinks. Gonna give it a go again in the morning , maybe the wind won't be as bad.

glad you were able to salvage the day and get some for supper! it was brutal out there for sure!!! bet he was happy for that dry shirt! they went and bought another set of coverall's and was back on the water in no time. glad it all worked out and turned out safe!

Yep dad good lucky just goes to show you how bad the wind was 5min in the lake and my dad was swimming lucky he was ok and got back on the water after a set of dry clothes
