    Default Syringe pump


    I have tried to blend up nibbles to use in a syringe but just dont get them smooth enough to pass thru the syring tip. What do u guys do?

    use a bait pump. bet investment I have ever made for loading jigs. Keep on with chart. and one with white.

    Tried the syringe method and never worked.

    they tell me the bait pump is the cat's meow, but they were out when i tried to order last year. i took a syringe and i think it was a 1/8 drill bit and used a pair of vise grips to run it up in the body of the syringe after i removed the needle. just added a drop or two of water and it flowed just fine. this was back last summer, really don't know how it reacts in cold weather.....

    I mix nibbles with liquid spray scent (crayfish flavor I think) to make the nibbles thin enough to use thru a "cajon injector" ..

    I cut the injector needle down to about 1/2 inch long using a plumber's tubing cutter...

    cutting the syringe tip back to enlarge the hole worked for me.
