a hair dryer or heat gun on low will do the trick.......just warm them up, peel them off. if any of the glue is left get some goo be gone from the hardware store......good to go!!!!!!!

A hair dryer or heat gun will help but if they are on there that good you will probably still have some adhesive left after removing. I own a sign company and have some adhesive remover that won't hurt your boat that will simply wipe off the adhesive after you put it on. Send me a pm if you don't have any luck and I will send you some. You have to buy it by the gallon and you won't need that much.

Razor blades & lighter fluid will take off the glue.
