I myself use the stren hi vis gold 6# and vicious hi vis 6#. Love them both.

Lake Fork Trophy Lures will have a Florocarbon coated hi-vis crappie line out real soon. I have been using it since last year and absolutely love it.

I use the 4 and 6# hivis gold stren.....this line is tough!! I'm sure the fish can see it but look at the rainbow assortment of jigs that are used to catch crappie.

I use 6# P-line CXX in hi-vis...I'm certain I catch more fish because of it. Not sure the results would be the same on really clear lakes.

You can see it and that's why I like it! You can see strikes you never knew you had. Good luck!

My old eyes appreciate the hi-vis yellow by fireline 6lb test and 2 lb diameter.

I have been using 10# hi-vis Viscious for a couple years. The more than 10,000 fish I've caught didn't seem to mind it.

Like you, I was very leary at first. I mix up my rods between clear flourocarbon and a hi-vis Pline 6#. I love both but I really love watching that hi-vis swim away when I'm fishing shallow. I have definately grown to like it.

I would not use Hi-Vis to begin with and finally made the switch! I cannot tell any difference on the lakes I fish and if anything catch more. I did spend several hundred dollars on different brands and finally ended up using Andy Premium emerald green 6lb.
