Thanks for the heads up skeeter.
Keep an eye on this forum and thread, good photos taken to show ramp and lake level, also you can always PM those guys to get additional water level info and ramp info from them. Good guys all of them.

Has not changed much since I was there at the first of Jan this year. And they just now started working on the levy so the water wont be coming up anytime soon it dont look like, but you never know.
Be safe guys if you head down there in March. If they dont cut the water off at the spillway and let her fill up some it is going to be very dangerous.
Thanks for the heads up skeeter.
Hopefully it's back up by April....if not, it's waders for me!
Thanks little skeeter got to Change the game plan
It actually is safer now than it will be at the 200 foot mark, nothing to run into or over rite now. Gonna be shallow for a while I am afraid.

No not really, just saw it as I drove by on the levy while I was down there in early Jan. So no I am not an expert on how to get around on the lake. Just going off advice from others that live down there, if you dont know it well its better you stay safe and take it easy. If you know the lake and feel comfortable running on it, more power to you. Just dont want no one hurt or boat sunk while visiting down there.
I hope they get some water soon, headed down in late march for a couple days, and again in mid april for a week. looks like its gonna be 4wd atv's and waders again this year. Just gotta watch your step- one minute be in knee deep water and the next step- 15ft creek channel and waders full of COLD water! It's funny to watch a buddy take a dunk but not myself.
