started out a lil slow fishing the same beds we have fished all winter..decided to go a lil deeper since the water temp was 40 degrees(the cooldest yet)and sure enough there they was just waiting for a shooger booger snack.caught em 30 feet deep in 45 fow..great day to fish with my best gal..30 keepers in the dam area of pom

Nice job! Man I fished pomme on sunday for four freakin hours without even a bite. Second time i've fished that lake and came home with absolutely nothing. Can't figure out the secret...... Good lookin fish though bud.

Nice fish. Thanks for the report and pics. I fished pomme today also and my fish have left the brush I have been fishin all winter. Time to look deeper I guess. Water temps were up to 41.6 where I was fishing up from 39 last week. Had 4 keepers in as many hours. It was fun to be fishing but I miss the catching part..time to start the search again.
