    In case anyone else had the thought that this cold snap might have changed things for the better I thought I would post what I found today at the the park.

    Jason was that u in the silver dodge.i made a pass over that way before feedin my last bunch.there was a boat at the ramp below my house out in the middle of the cove and was there for awhile,hope they was havin some luck.

    I wish they would get in there, sure like catching them. With this crazy weather they may not this year. Beats running all over lake like I have been doing.

    Yes Steve that was me.

    Dreamer when I struck out at the park I loaded and went to the house. Just didn't have the drive to fight it yesterday.

    Goin to try somewhere up there this week.I've made around 2,000 jigs in the last month.Got to get up there and lose some in the brush.

    All bets are off, but if we get back on a warm weather pattern I would guess that everything could be a week to 10 days early getting started. I have seen years when the walleye were in their spawing areas hitting a stick bait on the main lake by the end of feb, so we will see.
