Default S.O.S. to all crappie fishermen!!

Hey all! Im new to this site and have only been crappie fishin for a few years and i was wondering if you guys could help me fill my freezer with some slabs this spring. Ive caught a few crappie here and there but never more than five a day. My dad is one of those guys who will only use minnows and will only fish a certain area and i am wondering if you guys had any suggestions on how to maximize my catch on lakes such as Fall River and Toronto here in Kansas. Thanks for reading.

P.S. If you were wondering I caught the crappie in my avatar picture at Toronto.

Welcome. Are you fishing out of a boat or land???? Might want to hire a guide in the future. This is a great way to learn a body of water and techniques on catching fish in that location. Good luck to you......

    Default Welcome

Welcome aboard, Toronto fishing in Manns cove around the trees in the spring is a killer if you have a boat, If not there is a dock there in Toronto cove that people have success fishing off of. Also there are numerous places to fish from the bank at Manns and Toronto coves.
