Just wanted to share another story about the top notch customer service of Grizzly Jig!

I ordered 3 replacement tips for some Pinnacle Vertex rods that I had on Monday. I recieved them yesterday afternoon with the box looking like this :



Needless to say only 1 of the 3 replacement tips were intact. One was broken and the other had the end eye bent all out of whack. I called Grizzly Jig today to let them know of the damaged contents. I was expecting to ship them back to them, but after giving them my name and looking up my order I was informed that two more were on the way. No questions asked! Now that's great customer service.

Yep great guys. Placed an order with em again Monday at 4:30pm and it was in the mailbox waitin on me today. Thats top notch right there. Service like they display has gained me as a customer for life.

Yeah my favorite store by far. They have alot of stuff thats not listed in the catalog as well. I called about some little cheap reels to go on my new spiderrigging rods and he ended up talking me into getting some other reels he had that were the same price just better quality. Thats customer service for ya.
