here it is Febuary and yesterday I seen huge schools of Shad minnow near the surface. No winter kill yet, no wonder the crappie are fat and sassy???? yes they are still bitting, yesterday on Electric Chicken, would not touch a white Jig??

If we don't get some cold weather for an extended period of time to lower the water temp. I don't think we will have a die off this year. I don't know what that will do to the fishing this spring or summer.

might make for a great growth rate for the fish???
