    Wink smithville monday and yesterday

Went to smithville yesterday and fished on the most beautifull day i have ever seen in febuaryand the first two hours without a bite. fished everywhere finally fished schools of shad in shady hollow, 24-30 ft deep around two pm and started catching a few fish and some dandies, Also fished a few brush piles found one in 22-26 ft on a channel bank that was holding fish. the best colors was pink and chart mid south super tube and sunrise colored stb grub from micro jigs and spoons. One of the most important things were they would hit better with a crappie nibble on it. Ended the day with 11 keepers yesterday also on monday same pattern and
    same way.
