Fun On Jordan

The wife and I went out to Jordan after work today and had a blast. We met up with my sister in law and some neighbors. We ran to the back of stinky creek and were just sitting there talking (boats on the bank) I grabbed my rod, it has a chartuse roadrunner with a white tail permently attached to it! The first cast I caught a decent crappie, well after that it was on! The neighbor ask for a spare rod and got in the boat with me, we caught 40-50 fish between us in about 2 hours. There were just a few that were keepers but man was it fun! I caught 5 species of fish in that cove including a 14-15 inch channel cat on that same RR. I was on the lake Sunday and was almost skunked! 1 Crappie, a channel cat, and a decent 2-3 lb largemouth. It seems that the crappie are actually more shallow today than they have been in a week!

Good deal! I actually thought about hitting it this afternoon and decided to paint daisies on the wall instead :o
