Heyflatfish46, robbor here, i requested starting this CA section a few years back.
We dont have crappie fishing tournaments here that ive ever heard of anywhere in the state.
most of our tournaments are all bass, with a few trout n tagged trout tournaments thrown in , and vary rarely a catfish tournament. We are also limited to 2 poles, lol.

Yea, what Robbor said. Although I was fishing with a guy a few years back (early 2000’s) who said he fished a tourney @ clear lake (N.Cali.). That was when the lake was on fire. But it was more of a amateur thing. Haven’t heard or seen anything since. Byron
