Decent day considering We didn't find the rite ticket till 4:30pm. Put in at 1:oopm went out to main river. wind 8 to 15 mph. Got in behind island and fished some drops catching 20 shorts while watching guys on river doing the same for 2 hrs. Water was almost summer pool with slightly stained color. Went down river and tried some other spots. nada. Came back and started trolling bay in 4-9ft of water pulling sourthern pro hot grubs and Bam!!!!!!!!! Caught 31 fish total with 8 large chunky keepers 11-13inch long. Water temp 48-50 degrees. Will try again tomm.
