Default Crappie.com and four season newbie

I have been crappie fishing the spring season for many years, and have had the opportunity to get on a boat and fish all four seasons and its been awesome! Yesterday we went to sparrowfoot for a moment, but pulled out and headed to the Tebo arm. Cold boat rides and tough fishing but caught 20 or so. Today we decided to get out on the lake again and had pretty good luck until the wind really started! It took about an hour or so to find them but my fishing buddy Posey pulled in the first one and it was a toad! I have attached photos, and it was a true pound and a halfer, and got the blood flowing. We ended up pulling out 12 more nice ones before the wind picked up.(Nice ones on a normal trip but that first one sure made the others look fairly small.)

Thats a Truman slab for sure way to go.
There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

That is good one for sure and certainly for the Tebo arm. Welcome to the site and congrats on fishing all year long. Some of the best fishing is in the fall and winter. Many people miss out.
