Anyone use a small bait caster to throw 1/16 oz. jig?
Would like to have one. Would want to pair it with a 6' or so rod.
Agree on the spinner, less frustration and better accuracy. If I tried a baitcaster on 1/16 jigs I probably would end up making the reel fish structure.
I don't think a baitcaster would cast it very far or be accurate.

1/16 that's pushing it. I have an old Striker 7" fiberglass rod with a Curado reel that's been hot rodded a bit, I can cast a 1/8 RR pretty good.
