    Post Carter's first crappie

Here's a picture of my son Carter and his first crappie. He caught it on his "Scooby Doo Pole". He tried to hug the fish and before we released it back in the pond carter said, " I love you crappie". He's a character that boy. I think I may have him hooked on fishing already.

Default Enjoy it While they're young

Enjoy it now while they're young Cohutta. Mine are 16 and 11. The older has a job now and only wishes he could go fishing and the younger is too busy playing basketball and trying to be Mr. Popular. Sounds like Carter's already got the fever.

    Default Daddy's lil fish'n buddy

Yeah he's got the fever already. He turns 2 yrs. old on the 22nd. He loves fishing, boats, and trucks. I do wish these times could last forever. The outddors helped mold me in to who I am, I'm hoping it all does the same for my boys.

He already looks like a fisherman to me, Cohutta. Get him interested in the outdoors, and you will never regret it. Worked really well for mine.....he's grown and married now, but still spends his "quality" time on the lake or in a stand. Far better than being on the street!
