    Default Sullivan Lake

Fishing Buddy and I fished Sullivan Lake Saturday 4-22. Crappie on the banks hitting spinners and jigs. We had 22 keepers in about half a day fishing. Water very colored and 69 degree water in several coves. Lots of Recreational boaters!!! Still a great smaller lake to crappie fish. Local reported that 2 - 20" Saugeye/Walleye caught this week. Any other Sullivan Lake fishermen out there? I have a Bass tourney there next weekend. Could use any advice.

I only had 2 or 3 with eggs. I don't think we really got into the big females. But the ones we caught were really aggressive. This was the first time on Sullivan in several years.

How big were the keepers? I have only caught small crappies there.
