And went to the river this morning. Asked my wife last night if she wanted to go, she said yes but don't wake her up. That ain't as bad as it sounds as sleepin in for her is 7:00. She was up by 6:45 and we headed out around 7:00 and on the water fishing by 7:30. Started the day with the long poles and slip corks with jigs workin pads and wood and got nothing. Backed off the bank a ways casting long and slow rollin back. We was fishin here

Anyway we ended around 10:30 when the boat traffic got horrible. Caught 24 all told and kept 9 for dinner.

Is that fun or what. Way to go, can almost feel em fighting. It's killen me, didn't go today getting ready for next Saturday and then 12 full days of fishen!!!!!

I think that's where snowdak found em Friday. Talking with him yesterday is what sealed the deal fer me to fish the river. Tween his findings and talking with Crappieday in the morning. And Snowdak wont reveal the spot even though he found it on his own accord. Yer secret is still safe with me. That's a honey hole fer sure. Has bout everything in there. One stop shop.

We did till arond 10, then I think everyone with a 28'+ Sea Ray type boat came out. Can't say I blame em, it was beautiful out.

Hahahaha yep send me yer boat and i will send ya mine with a printed pic of the fishing hole and a close up of that squirrel for positive ID on the fishing hole. Heck I will even throw in the jig I was using and some weeds I drug in off the bottom.
