Not bad temp up here for January but pretty dang windy. I'll be tying jigs all day. Hope you get on them today.

I went fish gigging in Van Buren last night. It was a blast!!!! I'll be doing that again!!!! Just resting today.

We went gigging on the Gasconade near Vienna, MO last night as well. Started off slow, but as the night went on the fish just came out of no where and there were 12-14" suckers everywhere! It was hard to gig by then because the gigs were all covered in ice! Still ended up with around 50 fish though.

I've never done that but I'd like too, I traded some crappie for some suckers last year to try something new, and man they were delicious!
