I just Googled "minnow trap" and found a ton of info, including some Youtube videos.


My dad always used the commercial type, though. They're not expensive:

while strolling through a health store with the wife the other day, I found a "poland spring" brand 3 litre water bottle with a natural funnel in the bottom...wouldn't take much at all to convert that puppy into a proper minnow trap!
