Febuary Slabfest

Went and got the permit today for Sunrise Park on Crescent Lake for Febuary 18th. For those of you who plan on staying in the only motel there need to do so as soon as possible. There are only 19 rooms there and it being the start of race week they will be going fast. The normal race week cost is $70, but if you tell them your there for the CDC slabfest fishing tournament the rate will be $60+tax. Call (386)698-1090 LAKE VIEW MOTEL. I will be there with Sylvia, will bring lots of iced tea and ice. Have booked room for 17th and 18th at Lakeview.

I am wanting to make it down there for this Slabfest...Gotta check on some things at work fist. Just got off the phone with Georgia Boys Fish Camp and I don't think they will have many openings in the near future. All of their motel rooms are already filled up for that weekend, or at least Friday night anyway...Sure hope things work out for me to make it down there!!
