    Default slip float fish

I read a article on winter slip float fishing on LOZ that the buntings did. So today I gave it a shot on a pile I put in a month or so ago. I was casting from the shore and had the float set at 12ft and retreiving it over the pile in about 15 ft. Man it worked like a charm I got some nice blacks to start and then the ol white bass started it was a wild hour with those white bass they aint no crappie but are a dam fun fight. I was using orange/silver slab buster.

Looks like fun. The Buntings can catch some fish. I have learned a lot from Charlie. We do the same thing up here over brush and along side the trees. Congrats.

How cool is that? It is a rush to see that bobber twitch or go under. Congrats on a good day.
We do not want the gift of a fish; neither do we expect a lesson on fishing; what we direly need is a chance to fish

Congrats on a nice mixed bag using a new skill. A couple of those whites are good sized! Crappies are nothing to sneeze at either!
