I use Weebly.com
Template type setup....easy drag and drop interface...(no need to learn HTML coding)...
Interfaces with Paypay checkout very easily...
Free... If you allow ".weebly.com" in your URL as a subname..(even the hosting is free)
Reasonable yearly hosting fee if you want your own domain with no ".weebly.com"
A little more $$ and you can even remove the "Powered by Weebly" at the bottom of each page...
