Feb. Fishing

Hello folks looking for a little info, we are thinking about driving down to Crescent lake the end of Feb and was wondering how is the fishing that time of year and what type of weather is it then, up here in SC we don't start crappie fishing until April. Thanks for the help.

Should be good then, as far as the weather and dont trust any weatherman as far as Florida is concerned.
