fish seasoning

i was just wondering what kind of seasoning ya'll used, if ya'll use any at all?

Try this.Mix all ingredients together and put in a sealable container.


1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tblsp. sweet paprika
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. dry thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. dry oregano

plain 'ol yellow cornmeal, about as much as anything. But, when I do want a little bit of added "flavor" - I use Southern Star Fish Fry Seasoning ... made by Alferi.

For those who have to watch what ingredients are used, here's the listed contents:
yellow corn meal, salt, wheat flour, onion, MSG, sugar, soy protein concentrate, "spices" & spice extracts.
