    Cool Roadrunner jigs?

Does anyone know where I can get some roadrunner jigs cheap? I have tried Wl-Mart but they don't carry them. Cabelas is useless, Gander Mountain doesn't seem to have an on-line store...I'm very worried since I am planning a trip to KY Lake and I want to have all the ammunition I can get. Any hel would be great.

    Default Welcome to the site!

Hello! Bass Pro has them by the truckloads (not sure about how cheap). You can order them online.

I have to agree on Bass Pro Shop. You might try K-mart.

I agree with pstone...Bass Pro has any kind you want. They also have their own brand called Stumpjumpers. Not much difference in price. Most tackle shop where I live also carry them at a not very inflated price. Good luck!

I picked up some at Dick's Sporting Goods Store tonight. They are the 1/32oz without any feathers or marabou on them. Just plain jig heads with the spinner blades. I'll put some squirmin squirt hollow tubes on them and see if the crappie like that. I'll probably throw them out with a casting bubble half filled with water to get some good distance. I want to use them as a search lure. I may use a slip bobber with them too. The fixed bobbers only work in shallow water. I like the slip bobbers for fishing in 10 to 12ft of water near the bottom.

There is a good artilce on the road runner jigs and similar type of jigs being used for crappie in this month's edition of In-Fisherman Magazine.

Bass Pro had them on sale last week for .88 cents each and regular is 1.19 so big savings, but I don't know if they are still at that price.

I just receive some from BPS, 20 pack was $11.49 plus shipping.
