I've been fishing a couple of resevoirs(Geist,Raccoon), and I've managed to catch a bunch of small fish every time out. I fished a 30-40 acre pit yesterday, and found what looked like every fish in the whole lake stacked up around a big tree laying from 0-11ft with sharp drop to 14ft right off the end of the limbs. The fish were not very aggressive and didn't hammer my jigs(probably the 48degree water), they just kinda inhaled them. Once I slowed way down, the bites were much easier to detect. We ended up with about 15 keepers in 2 hours after my buddy and I found this tree. TIGHTLINES!!!
