Big floating minnow bucket?

I need a large one to keep minners alive in a pond until it is time to fish, any suggestions?

Find one thats insulated, with an aerator, and keep the water cool. Best buckets IMO.

I use a 120 quart igloo cooler that wife picked up at a garage sell. it holds around 20 gallon of water. I put in a cheap 20 gal fish tank filter and air pump in it with some better bait. I havent had to many problems keeping minnows

Take a 5 gallon bucket, drill it full of small holes, put a lid on it and viola, a minner bucket.

Yeah .... build one, yourself !! Some 2x4's & wire window screening, some nails & staples, couple of hinges ... put together a minner box of whatever size fits your needs (and you could build it to fit the depth of the most accessible part/depth of the pond). You could make it where it floats, or sinks, whichever you prefer.

I have a big wire one that I bought from a guy that builds cages for small animals locally like rabbits or chickens. It's galvanized mesh with a spring closing door and secure latch. I keep chubs and small bluegill alive in the pond this way.

Here's a cheap easy solution that i have used for years. Take one of those big plastic storage bins and drill it full of tiny holes. Take those floating noodles (kids pool toy) cut them to the length and width of the storage bin then zip tie them to the top of the base of the bin. Then take a string and tie the lid to the base and there you have a cheap shiner bucket. I tie mine to a post to my pier and it floats in the water year round. Cheap easy and takes about 5 mins to make.

What about a koy pond with areater from lowes .We use them for shiners and creek chubs in fall for smallmouth trash fishn.
