finding hardware for a homemade rod rack?

I'm going to make a verticle wall mounted rod rack but I can't find a source for hardware. I want to get those little enclosed wishbone looking whatchamacallits that grip around the blank like most of the sporting goods places have on their racks. Any ideas?

being the cheap guy that I am.. I have two types on my walls (Catfish big rods and one for my ultralights).. the Cat rods I jsut used two peices of plywood and added large nails put in at and angle then attached them to the wall... for my ultralights I used some hard packing foam and cut slits into them and mounted them to the wall... not pretty but they work.
