    Default Rods

How are you guys & gals doing in the who has the most fishing rods tournament? Had another weak moment today. Picked up 2 BnM 10ft. 96% graphite jig poles. They felt great. Should move me up on the leader board. If you snooze you lose.

Don't know, but I got to be in the running. Not to change the
subject, but how many do some of you carry with you in the boat?
Not necessarily being used, but just in the boat. Got to looking last
Sat. and had 11 in the boat - may not sound like a lot, but I'm in a jon
boat with no storage lockers. I get my reels I picked up last night put on,
next trip it'll be more like 15 :D

In Florida I carry 8,have to troll which I dislike. At home in Maine I take 2 or 3. Only use 1. Different lures on the 2 spares. Knot tying (eyes, arthritis) is not fun. In Maine the max number of rods in the water is 2 and only 1 lure per rod.

Have 14 rods with reels in the boat. Have 3 rods with reels in the garage and 5 bass rods with reels in the basement. Haven't bass fished for 5 years.

Have 3 rods in the garage without reels and 4 rods in the basement without reels.

Have to load the rod locker so that I can pull off the top the three or four rods I will plan on starting the day with.

My normal fishing day will usually end up having only used three or four rods for the day.

I am planning on pursuing the whiskered fishies more this year so that will probably involve another couple rods and reels to purchase.:D :o

Iffin I would get into pulling cranks a couple linecounter reels and new rods would be in order. These would work for both crappie and the eyes.

Cabelas will in all probability be seeing me soon.

The last few times I've walked out of the store with a new rod or reel purchase I can't seem to get the name of Emeldia Marcos and her shoes out of my mind.

What nonsense there is in the fishing game but ain't it fun.:D

I have around 30 or so rods and reels. I carry different amounts depending on the type of fishing I am going to do. When I spider rig I usually have 8-10 with me. If I am casting/jigging, I have around 4.
