    The photos are not of the same gator. The top two photos are from Lake George, FL. taken from a news helicopter. I posted them a while back from an e-mail that was sent to me. The gator has a doe deer. The bottom photo looks fake to me. The strap on the backhoe and the wrong shadow angles. May or may not be but just looks fake to me. Folks keep posting these same photos over and over. Starting to get boring. Well, there goes the gator photos...... again.

    yeah i didnt think it was the same gator, i got emailed those last night from my brother, according to the tittusville, FL paper, that dead gator couldnt be trapped so they had to shoot it

    Snopes claims they have the facts on the top two pics...haven't looked there for the story on the last one...deer/gator shots are supposedly confirms by USFWS via press release to be near the GA SC state line.
