Water temps here in Troy AL were 51° Friday when I went, they held in the 60's for a long time.

Welcome from Middle Tennessee. I'm a transplant from Central FL, used to fish the St. Johns around Deland. Water temps hovering around 50 here and I've had my best year ever recently. Good luck to you, check out Lake Woodruff when you get bored sometime.

We used to fish the St John's River up between Orlando and Cocoa. We would use Rat-L-Traps to troll for them. 10-4 on Woodruff. C2

The water temp in Crescent is was 63 this past weekend. The fish we caught had some roe in em but not much. Last year we caught em spawning in Mid January in Crescent but i think this year it will be about a month behind. This time last year the water temp was in the high 50's.
