Sorry drdavis1 I have never heard of that before. But sounds good.So when is dinner?...:p
Has anyone tried the cajun seasoning from "Shorelunch". In my opinion, and just about everyone that has tasted it back home, it is the best. It provides a little bit of a bite to the fish. I am in North Carolina now and I can't find it anywhere. I did however locate their website, and you can order it online.
My usual fish meal includes:
shorelunch cajun crappies
cheesy potatoes
hush puppies
ice cold coca cola

I made my first batch yesterday for lunch. I cooked it for the people that I work with. They wanted to know when we are have some more, and told me to get to the lake. I don't think it is available in NC. I haven't been able to find it anywhere. I have one box left, and will be placing an online order today.
Crappiequeen,
If you want to try some, let me know. The next time I fix some, I will shoot you an e-mail. I will even give you a box if you want to try some on your own. Let me know.:D
