Wow those are some piggy perch and some good eats. Ever try perch salad? A really good change up around January/February. Cook the fillets on a cookie sheet in the oven until done then mush em up with a fork until small like tuna chunks, mix in whatever you like- salad dressing, cut up dills, hard boiled egg, season to taste with salt n pepper n fire spices, cool down in fridge, put on two slices of bread and enjoy! Perch seem best suited for this not sure about crappie... anyhow... nice catch and excellent video.
