    Default Really Grand 12/12/11

Fishing was so good yesterday thought we better try it again this am. Put in 7:00 am cold and dark with the clouds. Fished the mouths of creeks between Otter and the bridge by Bucksaw. We caught 2 limits by 8:30. Thought we had died and went to heaven!!!!! Could not keep a line in the water between 7 and 8am, slowed after that, fished till 12:00 and brought home 30 goodun's, nothing under 11" or over 14". Most caught on Blk/Chart tipped with a minner, some on blk/pink, that was the only colors we tried. Most caught in 20 FOW 10-14' down, right off the creek channels. Took a few pictures but my phone won't upload them for some reason, beyond my knowledge!

Good job.Truman is going strong and should stay like that till spring.
There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.
